U mean small local and independent and family owned type spots?I see it and I hope it grows more and more . Cuzz I rather eat a hamburger at Scott's Burger shack on Franklin Blvd then McDonald's, I rather by milk at elder creek market then Safeway. I'll shop at BK market on 24th and florin b4 I go to Arden mall . This jus me . There's room for everyone.
MISS COBIAN. DID YOU NO THAT FLORIN TOWN IS FINALLY GOING TO PUT A NEW STORE IN NEXT TO THE PET STORE ?, IT'S GOING TO BE A AUTO ZONE . THAT IS A HUGE BUILDING . YOU NO IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WHAT A MERVYN'S THEN A COSTUME STORE AND EMPTY MOST OF THE TIME . FINALLY A STORE THAT MIGHT MAKE ANOTHER DIFFERENCE N THE MALL. ( I HOPE THEY GO A DEAL ON THE RENT . BECAUSE THAT HAS TO BE THE PROBLEM WITH THAT BUILDING. YES MISS HAVE A BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND.
I must agree fully with the last comment posted. To add to that I'm suprised Florin center is still open let alone the closest to a mall to my location. How about those weird new restaurants opening. I just don't see a long future for them their. Last of all there is that restaurant/night club/bar being developed parallel to Franklin blvd that's been talking 2 years to build. Curb appeal is hedious and I say there goes the neighborhood hello crime. That's just my thoughts.
The people who shop there stops many people from visiting the mall. Fights, and other ugly things drive people away
People started going to Arden Fair Mall because they hadn't built anything around here to attract shopper's
