Hello and thank you for your question. Currently you do not need a recommendation unless under the age of 21. Anyone 21 years of age and older can enter the building with a government ID. There are no forms for you to fill out. First-time customers will have a short wait at the front desk while we build a profile and our point-of-sale system.
You do not need to have a prescription
No sir no prescription needed, just go in tell them you're a first time customer they'll have you fill out a short form , then you'll be able to go to the back to make your purchase, let them know your situation and they'll be more than happy to help you
