It probably was just a mistake and not the normal for them. They are doing an excellent job and i shop there regularly. If you like good service and discount groceries ALDI'S is the place to go. Dont forget to tell them Shannon sent you.
This is a misunderstanding. ALDI is not like the normal ways of an "old timey" grocery store. ALDI is innovative. They do things different. If you like the quality and value. Then you will have ask questions.
Checking out is kind of ackword. Seems rushed
Well typically the person in front would take their cart away and if they didn't use a quarter for that cart then they can take that cart to the counter to bag their item and the next person in line would place their cart next to the cashier. That person in front would then bring back the cart to the cashier once they bagged their item. The cashier has no where else to place the item except for the cart. But the cashier should've said something rather than just doing so being that Aldi is still a new concept of grocery shopping.
The cashiers job performance is based on how fast they check people out. They are being timed. Maybe you are just insecure? Nothing to be embaresseed about.
