You have to email them prior to going and they'll give it to you. If you get there early enough, and if the bouncer is kind enough he'll give you hints.
If you get there at around 6 or 7pm, the bouncer might even invite you in! Usually the password is an item of the menu. But the only way to know for sure is to email them first and they will tell you the password.
