I thought they changed their hours and were open earlier. Did they change the hours back?

They had signs posted inside for a while stating they would be opened from 7-10 starting 07/20. I went there at 7:15 this morning and it was closed. It's kind of annoying, they shouldn't post that their hours are changing if they really aren't.

I'm pretty sure they open at 9am Did they change that?
