We do health screenings daily for all of our team members including temperature checks, and we sanitize all shared surfaces at least every hour. We are working with much smaller teams in the bakeries, and are keeping our front and back of house teams separate to limit exposure. We have also limited our bakeries to one guest allowed in at a time, and have a table set up at the front so you do not need to come all the way in to the bakery. Our guests service teams working with the guests wear both masks and face shields and are constantly washing their hands.
Yes, definitely Covid Safe! I called in advance, placed my order, checked in @ the door with the young lady wearing her safety attire. I paid, waited outside for a a few minutes, & was given my bag while I stood outside patiently. I felt very safe. Went home and enjoyed my delicious red velvet cake. Thank you Susie's Cakes for providing your service while following a Covid safe protocol.
