That is a broad question. Were you being ignored by staff, or did you try to trade/return something that they refuse to accept, problem with a pre-order? From what I can observe, Gamestops are rarely properly staffed or their employees trained (or paid enough) to be able to provide good customer service.
It's like a expansion pack, have to pay extra for it....😂.. Jk. Probably have to call the corparate store or see who is the store manager..
