Call them take appointment with you stylist and go. If you forgot your stylist name. Go there and wait till he or she is completely free.

You can but my experience has been great with everyone there so far.
I don't think there would be a problem with requesting a certain stylist. Its a wide open floor plan so you can easily see if she's there and available.
