My experience was excellent. I like the variety, quality and we were checked out immediately.
I too love Fresh Market, I live a block away and am there often. Just pointing out that since the sale, customer service is not what it once was.
I haven't had any problems, except for the surly deli lady.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I love shopping there. I haven't experienced any negative service. I have noticed others having problems with the deli staff, but they are always helpful and kind when I've needed service.
Ask for a manager. Service is inconsistent.
I will say if you ask to speak to store management in the past theyve been good about reprimanding the staff for their etiquette
Yes Laura am so sad to say in the past months the quality of service has gone way way down. I still go there nearly every day a few of the good employees are still there but in the past month i am noticing even the cleanliness and quality is lacking. All i am seeing is cell phone yacking and people to busy socializing to help customers. It is certainly changing quickly and sad to say not for good. I am hearing from many regulars how dissatisfied they have become. I hope the company can turn it back around. We have to many places to shop to deal with such poor service.
That's usually not the case but it can happen
