It's also not a faulty product. Mattel/Fisher Price came out and said if the product was used correctly with the restraints there are no problems. It's a voluntary recall which means they probably won't pull off the shelves. I can confirm Wal-Mart is still carrying theirs as well.
Companies have to wait for the recall to go through their system before they can pull the product.
