Heating in this weather will always be a problem with any pool. Keeping a constant temperature with that kind of space and outside fluxionation just can't be done. Also depends on personal preference. Exercise in hot or over warm water is bad for your system. For more information talk to the pool manager. Also looking up this information online will make you informed when you speak with the pool staff.
