Call ahead of time to find out what's going on what time they open so you can be there an hour early that's the way it goes God bless you
They were expecting dinner to be crazy.
I have noticed that sometimes there are not enough servers for all the customers. I don't know why. I was wondering that myself a few times.

Wow. I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience. I know Friday & Saturday nights are super crowded, but I've never had problems at lunch.
