Circle K on Monroe/42nd has a sensor air machine that takes debit/credit. It is very accurate. Go to Enterprise Indio in the AM. They are only open til noon.
Go to any station and fill, most newer cars have sensors, leave the car on while filling air and the horn will beep at the correct compression also air is free so if they tell you to pay tell them its the law to get free air for tires
Get to gas station with an air compressor available. It's late I don't think any tire place would be open at these hours.
