It's not strain. It is your government ripping you off. Almost 30% is robbery at its best.
I don't think they're ripping anybody off I've had I've got the brochure from the state and they are supposed to tax everybody even if you have a California state ID one you still get taxed even if you got a county like I have you still get taxed everybody have a just do a Google search for California state taxes for marijuana and it will take you to the government website or it will explain it all so you all have a good evening
While they are not required to collect taxes, they are required to pay them. To the State, County, and City.
Actually law doesnt require that they collect local or state tax ive spoken with the California tax board.
The Tax exemption with the state card is only for sales tax. 9.5% You still have to pay the city of Los Angeles cannabis tax 5% medical 10% recreational and the state excise tax of 27% of the wholesale value. It’s ridiculous..
I was told yesterday that tax exemption was only for government issued medical marijuana cards by a different dispensary. :/
