Definitely agree with both Ms. Sands and Ms. Gardinia they are both correct. Although I've been in the same situation and was told that they (Indio-Walmart Super center) could do nothing. They claimed that all stores vary somewhat when ut comes to online purchases. Which makes no sense but who has the energy and time for disputes. Agreed bring box if you still have it, receipt customers service make sure you check in at front door and get a for return tag. Before you stand in line at returns customer service. Bring your I.D. plus if you use your credit card you will not get cash back. It will go on your credit card that u used for purchase.
Since you have the receipt, and it's before 3 months, you should go to customer service and return there. Also call the store before you go too. Good luck!
All online purchases go back to the original form of payment. No cash back! If returned within the time allowed, there should be no problem. Most items bought online are 90 days, but some are less, like electronic items. And when bought from a Market Place, it is a totally different kind of return. Market Place, meaning a third party.
