Exactly where at the visitor's center are the showers located?

Thanks, Bo Tian, but they have fresh water available for RV hook-ups and for solar powered showers at Varner Harbor, and cold fresh water showers at Corvina Beach. They don't use the water from the Sea.

Restrooms, yes, showers, not sure, RV hook up, indeed.

There wasnt one last time I checked. They do have public restrooms though. I dont think you are supposed to get wet. This isnt the Dead Sea.
