I just called Walmart Deli evergreen Chicago location at 8:48am on 11/12/2017 and my husband call on 11/10/3017 @ 730 ish pm and both girls was extremely rude customer service was horrible and they need to do better for the business..

I have not had that experience; however, I would get the names of those individuauls and report to management. Also Head Quarters ( main office branch). If its not reported then things will remain the same. Poor customer service is just not unacceptable in my book. Just how I see things. My opinion!

My question is how did you call them on said date when today is just the 11th, the 12th, hasn't gotten here yet. May I suggest getting up and going in, you can get much better service in person than over the phone.

I would report both employees to Walmart corporate office in Arkansas. Also the store manager too.
