Yes, but honestly it is cheaper to take the tank somewhere to be refilled. Exchanged for years before realizing cost savings. I now only use exchange when the tank has expired.
Walmart has the same for $4-5 less there by the garden center
Yes they have Blue Rhino Tanks. The holding area is outside the store. Go through the checkout line to purchase the refill and let cashier know about the tank to return. After paying, you usually wait for an associate to come outside to open the storage cage.
Both Lowes and Home Depot both generally have this service. Better to call Lowes ahead to make sure.
