A recent BoA statement shows a charge from Jewel-Osco which I don't recognize. How can I learn what was purchased? I believe this question will be made public, so I have omitted specifics, which I can provide when needed.

Call Bank of America to dispute the charge.

Yes like hasan and Robert said go to your bank account first and let them know that you didn't make that charge or you didn't authorize it and then go to the store and then let them know that you didn't authorize that and since you informed your company first you shouldn't have no problem with getting your money back
