Does anyone know if you can drop off the store bags to be recycled at this location?

Yes. There is a 3x3x4' box at the entrance

There's a box right outside of Walmart that you can throw your store bags in

It's the first thing I tried. I've tried multiple times, they never answer their phones. I figured someone might know and give me the answer hopefully before I go to the store tomorrow.
