It is as authentic as you can get in the high desert. I live in the valley area so I can get more authentic but when we go up the hill it is our go-to. Hope you like it!
Some of the items are NOT available on their all-you-can-eat menu. The service varies depending on who you get & how busy they are. The food IS good & inexpensive if you do their all-you-can-eat special.
The food is excellent. The sushi chef makes the food in front of you and makes it to your likes.
