Trash trash or an employee eats it( probably not).
Yes , leftovers get thrown away, mixed up orders/canceled get redone and not given away, they get thrown away, if you were to go through their trash, you'd find whole burgers, also there will be some instances where they will gift it to you, I've personally experienced it, I didn't have enough cash on me and they let me have the food, I went by a ATM, got a 20 out, and went back to pay for my meal.
It gets thrown away.
