The best thing to do would be to call Petsmart and ask that way you're sure to get the correct answer. And ask for the grooming manager and get their name so if you arrive and there's a discrepancy you can correct it.

I think Denise gave you the best advice. I've always used the same Petsmart for grooming, but I would think being computerized they would have no problem obtaining records.

If I'm not mistaken, the groomers are part of the store system, unlike the Banfield hospitals, and should have your records. If they don't, just call your old groomer and ask them to phone or fax your pet's records over.
Call them to be sure, they may be able to send records over if they aren't accessible at a different store.
