Not sure about that kind of guppy i know they do have shrimp...
By Ying Yang puppies, I'm assuming actually dogs. I don't know, but there is a law, in which dogs, cats, or rabbits can't be sold in pet stores, in California. If you go to Petco, there should be the fish you are looking for, but that could vary, if u don't find the fish, go to different pet store. Good luck, hope this helped
