Yes, they do offer those services now. You can order your food and they will deliver it to you. I think it's through an app called instacart.
If you are in that much need you can hire a cna to take care of you and if you have insurance they most of the time will pay for it and you can give them the money for food for you but no they do not deliver.
I don't know about delivery because I walk to Staters or skateboard.
