I haven't had any bad experience there. Service or food. Always fast and tasty.
I have heard others say the same. Personally never had an issue.
Food was terible not like their derby location which is always good
Never had an issue but if i received that type of service i would have asked and employee if there was something going on. They could have been short staffed, could of had multiple dinner parties, maybe a holiday, ect... Im sure there is a viable explanation. I recommend talking with them politely.
