Came in before close, wasn’t told anything through the door, waitress rolled her eyes and went to “complain” to the manager, sat down and was then told that I’m only able to “order take out”. At my job we don’t neglect service when we are open.

Never had that experience before...I agree that people should be served with the same politeness and service that anyone else would no matter the time...waitress and the manager on duty should get written up....I would notify the owner of this behavior.
