I don't think so, due to protection of the Snowy Plover.
It is closed & won't reopen again until September.
Ocean Park beach is closed as of the first of this month March, you can't go to the ocean fenced off for that snowy plover nesting, rest of the park is open .
I Believe so. I didnt see any signs stating they will be closed.
