Do you need to schedule an appointment or can you just walk in and get your nails done?

It's better to make an appt unless you don't mind waiting. I always make an appt because I don't have time to wait 20 or 30 min.

It depends what time. Sometimes they can take walk-ins without having to wait, other times they are super busy and you'll end up having to wait over an hour before someone is available. Hope that helps lol
