Why do I have to wait so long while people are being nicely greeted and get a plate of food before I have ordered a hour ago? Is this restaurant really racist towards Hispanics?

The majority of their clientele is Hispanic. I love this place but some days they only have 2 servers and I get your frustrations. Good 🍣 and they just remodeled so they are obviously doing well.

They have customers diversity and an increase in clientele which means they should hire more staff, but generally the majority of the time I get my order in a very timely manner.
