I purchased a rotisserie chicken and when I cut into it it was a vibrant green next to the breast bone, anyone have any ideas?

You should have taken a photo, and spoken to customer service for a refund.

Return it. Sounds as though there was some cooking reaction. Obviously not normal and they should know about it.
