how can i get someone to answer the phone? i made a purchase this afternoon, expected the receipt to be mailed but i haven't received it and i need it to submit it to my company - i'm on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone....

You should have received the email receipt by now if you didn't perhaps you didn't give the right email address. if you used a credit card you can go to your credit card account and the charge will be there on your card. if you need a copy of the original receipt which you should have taken at time of purchase since you have to submit it you can return to the store and they can print you a new receipt if you have the same card
