We're going out on an Oceana cruise on Dec. 28 on the Insignia. Does it go out of terminal J? Is there handicapped parking at the terminal?

Generally the smaller ships like Oceania, Azamara, and Regent leave from terminal J. But not always.

Yeah it should be at terminal J.The parking garage should have handicap parking,Enjoy your cruise.
