We do not let kids I after 1 o'clock because other children come in an steal so to prevent that from happening we Yu have to have a parent.

You should be able to go in around 4 or 5 with put a parent maybe not during school hours not sure about that.
My son goes to school down the street from there and from what i understand they won't let kids in without a parent during those hours
