We hand feed all of our babies in the nursery and most love to be handled. Fell free to stop in and check it out.
You can touch them since they are in open top glass cages. Some do get scared and might bite, but they are mostly babies and have been handled and touched by anyone. I wouldn't touch a big parrot though. They might take your finger off.
