It is a shelter; however, I know someone who may be interested in adopting them and he is near the clinic. I'm not sure how to get you his contact information but hopefully you'll be able to reach out to me so I can pass it on to you. Good luck with everything though.

I don't think they will accept them. If you do not want any money for them, sometimes pet stores will take them. Not the chain stores. Look for an independently owned one

I'm not sure, I've only seen cars and dogs there... I know the Humane Society takes most pet animals...
