If the manager has time to stand outside the front door and smoke, why did I wait 15 min for cold food and made wrong. Plus the whole restaurant was filthy, and employee just added to the pile of trash on the table and then walked away??

It's always been fast service every time I been there.

Perhaps the manager was on her break?

I've only gone during the day and never had a problem

I was there myself about 9pm and it was the worst I've ever seen. No one helping the front counter and ignoring customers as they walk in, no one obviously cared tonight .
