To bad the waitress did not give a good service neither some smiles..Seems she dont like her job.. hope she s not always like that... well she got the tip she deserves.. The food is great but is there a time during the day we can get better service ?

One thing I can tell you for sure. Don't blame the waiters/waitresses. I have been going there for years, I know the wait staff, kitchen staff and the owners personally. I can tell you the owners treat their a staff like cattle. They get paid almost nothing and they are expected to work like animals behind a whip. Give them a break, be a little understanding and if you want to blame somebody, blame the owners. They refuse to do right by the people that make their restaurants so successful. Denis... have you ever tried to "tell" an Italian business man how to run his business? You give it a try and let me know how it turns out. Lol. I have mentioned it to him in passing several times over the years and it never goes well so I just tip very well when I go in.

Since you know that...why dont you also advise the owners so we get a better service since you know them Well?
