That is correct, the club does not allow access by non members but if you look on active captain there is a friendly spot nearby that can be used for dinghy access.
That is a negative Jeanne. They only allow current members to dock anywhere in the Yacht Club and even being a member doesn't entitle you to park anywhere just in your spot. Fancy club LOL
