Ruth Chris is an a la carte restaurant. So the steak main dish is 1 price & then whatever you choose as a side is an additional cost. We went out for a birthday celebration. There were 5 in our group. We had 3 appetizers, 5 main dished, (3 steak, 1 fish, 1 chicken), 2 servings of garlic mashed potatos, & 1 serving of vegetables, 3 desserts, 5-6 alcoholic beverages,, a couple of soft drinks & 2 coffees. I wasn't picking up the tab but I understand that with tip (20%) the bill was just over $500. Everything was great except for the chicken which was dry. Great atmosphere, excellent service, mostly terrific food. So without liquor you are probably looking at 30-40 a head.
