Most fruits and veggies sold are certified organic. They should all be labeled as to farm origin, growing practices, and price. All non-local veggies are certified organic. Some local veggies may be conventionally grown if we can not find organically grown or sustainably grown sources. We define sustainably grown as "grown by a farmer we have vetted who uses all organic practices- no pesticides, herbicides or conventional fertilizers". We do encourage everyone to ask at our individual vendors and definitely at other farmers markets. We have seen a lot of markets in Miami that don't care at all.
Most are you have to ask the vwndor. They sometimes have plants also.
