He might have been in the fire lane. However I don't think is legal to tow a vehicle while the person is still inside.

No. Theres a white nissan dark tints that parks and watches ppl. He calls tow trucks to tow ppl he thinks arent customers. BE careful parking at this publix. . Cars are not in any fire lane , handicap or any forbidden lanes.

I saw a guy with groceries get in his car and the tow truck started lifting it while the man was in it. The guy had to get out of his car while it was lifted on the ground. Wasn’t illegally parked or anything. I’m worried it will be my car next time...and when I called to ask the customer service rep was rude about it.
