What is the current mask policy ....because i notice one of the managers not wearing one( he was not covering up when coughing

The manager must be vaccinated

I asked a Publix employee what the mask policy is, he said if anyone has been fully vaccinated for two weeks, they don't need to wear a mask.

We also encountered only one employee without a mask and maybe also one customer but also noticed people not listening about covering up 🤔🤔
