We ate at the Victoria Gardens & never got the soups we ordered. Sadly, I never thought of it till this a.m. Too far away to go back. Do they mail reimbursement or gift card?

Id had this happen at olive garden the refunded my whole meal. $136.00 via a e-gift card sent to my email. However my order was a togo order the forgot one plate of food. I dont see why cheesecake factory wouldn't not do the same call and speak to a manager.

Actually I don't know it never happened to me but you can email them and ask
