Why does it take 8+ minutes to get assistance over the phone for an item check? I understand this a larger store, but that's just poor customer service. :(

Why do you think their prices are so low.

Because assoicates are usually being hounded and the store is loud, so it takes a minute to even be informed we have a call. The items home then needs to be found, and if it's empty we need to scan it to check if it's in the back.

Large volume sales gives Wal-Mart tremendous purchasing power... Hence lower prices!
