I joined because PF was open 24 hours and I need to go at 3:30am. When will the hours be back to normal?

The only way to know for sure is to call the one you want to go to directly because every PF location has different hours.

Hours are currently following Covid mandates which can differ from area to area and we can't know for how long they will be in affect
