Yes Stuart has many beaches where you can fish and swim. I would recommend Indian River Estate Park. You can fish, swim and have a family barbecue...and there's also a fountain that shoots up water until 6. Its open all day for swimming and fishing, and the water is not as rough as the beaches. So it's much more ideal for smaller kids. There is also Sailfish Splash Waterpark for the kids but that requires an admission fee. And that is located at... 931 se Ruhnke st. Stuart fl. 34994

There is no place for swimming at this park that I know of.This is not a place to take children to swim.There is a waterproof on Willoughby in Stuart.
No Go to bathtub reef or indian River Park.
