Visit the website for DMVs servicing Orange county. Each county is only servicing folks that reside in their own county, by appointment only. As you check each locations availability, you may not find an appointment slot as soon as Monday but continue checking frequently throughout the hour and throughout the day as people do cancel or reschedule for a different time and/or location. There are several orange county locations so you could get lucky as I did. I kept checking one morning at each office, after seeing only August appointments available, a 3:30p that same day suddenly showed up. Walk-ins will be turned away and referred to the online resource.
