Crazy. This is from 2 years ago and still the same problem. The driver missed part of my order and when I called I was hung up on twice and then when I did get through someone that I barely understood answered and said they were going to transfer me to a "manager". It must have rang 40-50 times and then hung up. I am NEVER EVER ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Every single time I call I cant get through like tonight they hung up on me twice while I was placing my order the 3rd time I called they tried to transfer me to a update center whatever that is... and they hung up on me again!!! 😡 It's been like this every time I try to order at least the last year or 2 I'm sick of it! I don't think I'll ever waste my time trying to buy pizza from you guys again. Maybe change the way that you guys do things back to the old way because you're losing so many people you're gonna go out of business I think.
I agree. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up at the Kalispell location at the time I was given it took over 25 minutes to get help. Everyone ignored me. When I finally got my order it did not taste very good. It had been sitting for a while while I was being ignored.
