Yeah it's just a generic post card they send out when they reject you. They could have picked someone who had never had a job before with no experience and they will still send that card out to you. I used to work finishing department there, was trained and certified through them and when i went to re-apply they sent me that post card saying they chose someone with more experience but it turned out they hired some kid who never worked assembly work or any related work at all. So the card was obviously bs. They send the same card with the same response to everyone regardless why they didn't choose you.
It said they were going with someone who had more experience. One other person had manufacturing experience besides me. I dont understand it. Im willing to work any shift and any position. I need to work.
